The face of Christianity in London is African
The face of Christianity in London is changing, so that in a few years time the average Christian in London will be a 38 year-old woman from Ghana. Why are the predominantly black churches in London flourishing while many white churches are declining into non-existence? And what is the African contribution to Christianity in Britain and critically what can we learn from it?
Listen to the address by Revd Joe Kapolyo from the Oak Hill Mission evening on 6 September 2007. Revd Joe Kapolyo is currently the lead minister at Edmonton Baptist Church. He was previously Principal of All Nations Christian College.
