Grace Forsythe has lived in Tranmere all her life and knows how important it is to have good theological training for a gospel-centred urban ministry which genuinely connects with the people it serves. Says Grace...
When I realised God was calling me to ministry in an urban priority area, I chose Oak Hill because I knew I was guaranteed the best possible foundation for my future. In my placement church in Dagenham, I can apply what I'm learning and develop the skills I'll need when I enter full time ministry.
Since coming here, I've been reaping the benefits from courses such as doctrine, Christians in the contemporary world – and even church history! They're all taught in a way that is relevant to contemporary situations. |
