The deterioration in mental health in teenagers across the UK is no secret. A recent NHS report highlights that 17.4% of teens have a diagnosable mental health disorder, and no doubt there are many more who are struggling and undiagnosed.

This Equip session is designed to be helpful for anyone involved with bringing up teenagers and looks at why teenagers might be particularly vulnerable, and how churches can support teenagers and also their families. It will focus on the process of building strong, connected families that support all teenagers, but especially those who are vulnerable.

In this Equip session, Eric Ortlund explores different types of trials throughout Scripture, particularly the story of Job, reflecting on the spiritual purposes for suffering, and considering how we pastor and encourage one another.

Our children and young people have vast access to pornography. It is highly likely that they are or will be viewing it. How do we help them navigate well in a culture where it is acceptable, normalised and all pervasive?

In this session Robin Barfield examines the why and how of pornography and how our young people understand it in order that we can helpfully pastor them to desire something greater.

In this session Andrew Nicholls explores what Scripture has to say about depression, and how individuals and churches can care for those who who are suffering.
