The Death of Christian Britain? Faithful Living in a Secular Age

How did Britain go from being a nation deeply imbued with a shared sense of Christian identity, to one in which a serious, vibrant Christian faith marks someone out as odd at best, dangerous at worst?

During this Equip event we will consider some of the answers that historians and sociologists have given to this question and take an honest look at the story of secularisation and de-Christianisation in Britain. We will then turn to think theologically and biblically about what faithfulness, joy, and hope might look like in this post-Christian age.

This teaching session is delivered in two 45 minute teaching sessions, with opportunities for interactions and questions.

Both dates for this event will cover the same content and do not run in series. Please note the Saturday session will be online only.

Group discounts are available, please get in touch to find out more.
