How do we respond to divine violence in the Old Testament?

Today, we are rightly sensitive to the dangers of violent religious extremism, spiritual abuse, and various forms of discrimination. What then, do we do with an Old Testament that attributes violent actions and intentions to God? At this event, we will begin to think about an issue which is not only apologetic in nature, but also has profound consequences for our own personal Christian faith.

This teaching session is delivered in two 45 minute teaching sessions, with opportunities for interactions and questions.

Both dates for this event will cover the same content and do not run in series. Please note the Saturday session will be online only.
