When is the course?:: Monday 7th - Friday 11th July.
9.55am - 4.50pm.
Who is this course for?:: This course is ideal for anyone interested in furthering their understanding and engagement in Islam.
It is open for students outside of the UK to participate online.
How does it work?:: A full week of lectures and reading with 10 hours pre-reading to be completed in advance. On Friday you will visit the East London Mosque.
This can be taken in person or online.
Cost:: £300 (additional cost for accommodation and meals for those in person). Alumni can access one course for free each academic year. Select this box on your application.

Understanding and engaging with Islam and with Muslims is important for Christians in modern Britain. This module equips students with a working knowledge of varieties of Islam and helps them to engage sensitively and reflectively with a Muslim person.

Wherever you end up, you’re likely to have to respond to Islam in some way and engage with Muslim people personally, and help other Christians do so too. Can you?"
