Justification

Justification has been called the article of Christian faith on which the church stands or falls. In this module students will explore in depth the biblical, theological and historical aspects of this doctrine that is so central to the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and will consider how to apply it carefully to Christian life, mission and ministry.

The doctrine of justification by faith alone fuelled the Reformation and stands today at the heart of the Christian gospel. This module offers students an in-depth exploration of the doctrine in exegetical, historical, systematic, and pastoral perspective."
