Pastoral ministry needs wisdom, confidence and clarity in order to deal in a godly, biblical way with complex situations. This module leads students to engage deeply with the Pastoral Epistles (1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus) in order to continue growing in personal godliness and in order to integrate and apply their exegetical, doctrinal and practical skills with a view to ministry scenarios (e.g. women’s ministry, diaconal ministry, eldership and PCC meetings, evangelism, refuting error).

Paul's guidance for his younger associates on the nature of church and ministry is foundational for our own gospel work today.”
