In the Old Testament, God has given us different types of literature: historical narrative, legal texts, prophecy, poetry, psalms and wisdom. This module leads students to look deeply at representative examples from these genres and thereby begins to equip students with the skills necessary to be careful interpreters of the Old Testament.
