Wisdom Literature (e.g. Proverbs, Song of Songs, Ecclesiastes, Job) is sometimes as neglected as it is precious for Christian life and ministry. This module offers students a coherent and detailed engagement with the Old Testament Wisdom Literature in either an English or Hebrew stream. The goal is the cultivation of skillful interpretation, reflection and application of biblical wisdom to the uncertainties, ambiguities and limits of knowledge with which life and ministry confront us.
