Word Ministry I

The Word of God is central to Christian ministry in all its various forms. In this module students will consider the theology of word ministry, the spirituality of the word minister and how to move effectively from text to sermon, talk or study.

When I'm preaching or teaching the Bible, what is actually happening? What is God doing through my words? In light of that, how do I prepare to preach and teach well? And in particular how do I apply Scripture faithfully and powerfully? These are central questions for ministry which this module examines.”
