Biblical Genre in Word Ministry: Biblical Narrative

The variety of genres in Scripture reflects one of its great beauties and one of its great challenges.  Every genre has its distinctive features and forms through which its meaning and power are conveyed, and we need to be sensitive to these in order to receive Scripture's message deeply ourselves and to convey it well to others.  

In this module we will focus specifically on the narrative genre, aiming to develop a sensitivity to biblical narrative.  Through a variety of readings and seminars we will seek to foster this sensitivity for a right approach to biblical narrative and the faithful creativity of our own communication and ministry.
