DC1.4 Church History I

The spread of the Gospel and the global growth of Christ’s church has a long and instructive history. This module gives students an overview of that history from the early church to the present. The study of some key figures, events and texts from Christian history will help students to begin to grasp the significance of historical reflection for Gospel ministry.

This module, with DC1.5 Church History II, familiarizes students with the broad flow of church history from the early church to the present and helps them to appreciate the significance of historical reflection in Christian ministry.”
