Spiritual Formation in the Reformed Tradition

Programme module

There is a rich and sometimes neglected tradition of Reformed, evangelical approaches to spiritual growth and discipleship. In this module students learn in detail about some of the key figures, movements and texts that provide models for Reformed spiritual formation. Students will be supported in applying some of these resources and insights to their own spiritual and ministerial growth.

This module considers how the Reformed tradition has historically approached spiritual formation and discipleship, and encourages students to consider how historical models and resources might stimulate their own spiritual and ministerial growth.”
