Oak Hill is really delighted to announce that we have appointed a new Director of Operations and Finance.

Helen Archer-Smith is currently the Director of Finance at Worcester Diocese Board of Finance, and before that was the Senior Bursar of the West Cavendish group of schools and Bursar at Bredon School. She will be starting work here towards the end of April 2023. She is relocating from Worcestershire to live here on campus, with her husband Rupert, their three daughters, and two cats.

Helen is no stranger to Oak Hill - a portion of her childhood was spent here while her father trained for ministry. We are very grateful to God that he has led her back here and gifted her to serve in this role and to strengthen the Leadership Team.

I am delighted to be joining Oak Hill College as Director of Operations and Finance. Oak Hill is close to my heart, being a child of an Old Oak. It is a privilege to be returning to the College to serve in a role which enables the evangelical training of men and women for their future ministry. I truly believe that the Lord has led me though my past experiences to a place that equips me for the challenges of this role. The College has an exciting and ambitious vision for its future and to be part of the team to help deliver this vision (God-willing) is an honour.
