All full time students at the College are placed in a “Fellowship Group”, led by a member of the Faculty, who is also personal tutor to the members of the Group, and by two student leaders who work with the tutor to organise the group.
Fellowship Groups are made up from a cross-section of Oak Hill students and provide a place to invest deliberately in Christian friendship across year groups and programmes. Tutors are always available to students to give advice and help with, for example, academic progress, programme structure and personal issues.
The groups normally meet every Wednesday afternoon for about an hour, and each group designs its own programme for the year which always includes a wide variety of activities. The groups also take it in turns to lead Chapel worship.
