If you accept the offer of a place to study with Oak Hill College, you enter into a Contract with the College. In doing so, you accept the Terms and Conditions of the year you commence your programme of study and agree to comply with the College’s regulations, policies and procedures that apply to enrolled students.

This page links to the current versions of key policies and regulations which are amended from time to time. It is not an exhaustive list. If you have questions about anything on this page, in the first instance please contact admissions@oakhill.ac.uk.

A student must adhere to the relevant code of conduct:

These policies are usually updated each summer for the upcoming academic year.

  • Admissions Policy - explains our approach and process when considering applicants for admission to the College

  • Equality and Diversity Policy - sets out our commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and treating all members of our community with fairness, dignity and respect.

  • Refunds and Compensation Policy - sets out the circumstances in which the College might refund tuition fees or consider giving compensation.

  • Safeguarding Policy - describes the College’s commitment to safeguarding and the action that will be taken should a safeguarding issue arise.

  • Student Privacy Notice - explains how we collect, store, manage and protect student data.

  • Student Protection Plan - sets out the measures we will take in the event of a major incident to ensure that students are able to complete their programme.

  • Tuition Fee Information - sets out the tuition fee for each programme, what’s included in the fee, and when tuition fees are payable.

Your offer issued by the Admissions Office and accompanying documents, such as the relevant Programme Specification, also form part of the Contract. You are advised to retain these for future reference.
